We will replace, or refund the pro-rated purchase price, at our option; any cylinder head that we sell that wears out, develops cracks or any other defect under warranty. Warranty does not cover camshafts, lifters or related parts. Your warranty Covers cylinder head casting, valves, springs, retainers, keepers, seats and workmanship on all of these parts and starts on the day that you receive the cylinder head and expires at the end of the warranty period, three years from the date stated on the shipping receipt, or when the vehicle's mileage is 50,000 miles over the mileage stated on the returned warranty registration card or when you sell the vehicle - whichever comes first provided that proof the following parts and/or procedures were done at the time cylinder head was installed. "Replacement of thermostat, water pump, any worn or deteriorated radiator, heater or bi-pass hoses and replacement or flushing of the radiator." This is for your protection so that you will not have any overheating failure that may cause the cracking of your new ADC cylinder head. To obtain a replacement head, contact ADC Cylinder Heads at (800) 672-4115 x 6 to arrange warranty return authorization. All authorized returns must be shipped by the customer to our warehouse at: ADC Cylinder Heads, 8825 New Laredo Highway, San Antonio, TX 78211. If it is determined the failure is due to a cause other than those covered by this warranty, you will be charged for the replacement parts and shipping.

If you elect to add labor charges warranty for the assessed fee per cylinder head ADC Cylinder Heads will Cover Labor Charges on any repair that is found after inspection of the defective head that the failure was the cause of faulty parts or workmanship on the cylinder head originally supplied by ADC Cylinder Heads. Labor charges are not to exceed $500.00 per cylinder head covered and customer must have original receipt as proof of Warranty Labor Upgrade on the cylinder head. The labor upgrade is for the full term of the 3 year/50,000.


Replacement cylinder heads are warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer. The warranty does not cover defects due to improper installation, other defective parts, engine overheating, low fluid levels, Abuse, Racing & Performance applications, Off-road or Marine use. Warranty card included with your cylinder head must be returned to Artistique Diversified Corporation at P.O. Box 165. La Vernia, Texas 78121 within 30 days of receipt of your cylinder head to be eligible under the 3 year, 50,000 mile warranty or 2 year warranty. If ADC Cylinder Heads has no warranty card on file for the cylinder head purchased, the warranty is 90 days from date of purchase for replacement of product only.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ADC CYLINDER HEADS FOR ANY WARRANTIED CYLINDER HEAD, AND ADC CYLINDER HEADS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ADC CYLINDER HEADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

All of ADC Cylinder Heads' re-manufactured heads, including customer furnished core heads to be re-manufactured are covered by our Limited Warranty. The length of ADC Cylinder Heads' Limited Warranty on cylinder heads is as follows:

Re-manufactured Cylinder Heads Warrantied for (3) years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first with warranty registration on file with ADC Cylinder Heads. Without warranty registration, warranty is 90 days from date of purchase. Warranty is for Parts Only, NO LABOR "Off Road and Marine Use Warranty is 90 Days from receipt of product, "NO EXCEPTIONS"
 
Customer Disassembly 0r Alteration of an ADC Re-manufactured Cylinder Head
All ADC Re-manufactured Cylinder Heads have been built and tested to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer's standards. If you receive a cylinder head and suspect a problem with parts or workmanship, you need to contact ADC Customer Support Department. Any customer that Disassembles Any part of An ADC Cylinder Head or has ANY work done on it without prior authorization from ADC Cylinder Heads Voids the Warranty and it is not returnable for refund or exchange.
 
Gasket Set Return Policy:
ADC does not accept return shipments without prior written authorization within 30 days of original shipping date. Returns must be shipped prepaid with return goods authorization number displayed prominently on the outside of the shipment container and returned to the address of our warehouse given on the written authorization. Credit will be issued only for product in salable condition and and will be at the prices current at time of return. A 15% to 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit amount.

Upon inspection of the product which you return to ADC for credit, If we find that it does not meet our standards of being in "sellable condition" or it has not been approved by ADC / Enginetech for return.
ADC / Enginetech takes great pride in our product and packaging. With this in mind, we MUST have the following criteria met when issuing a credit for return:

1) All packaging boxes must be returned free of any damage, distortion or grease.

2) All gasket boxes and wrap must maintain origional seal and have not been opened.

3) The R.G.A. number provided by ADC must accompany all returns.

If this criteria is not met, No credit can be issued and product will be returned to you.
