1. All returns must have prior authorization. A Return Authorization Number Must Be Quoted or Issued. A refund Sign-off Form Will Be Sent. It MUST Be Filled Out And Returned Before ANY Refund or Credit Can Be Done. No returns will accepted after 30 days from the original ship date except for warranty issue items. Any returns that approved after 30 days will receive a store credit good on auto parts from any ADC Division On-Line Store. Return Authorization Number must be displayed on the outside of box. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless part is Not Available and full shipping charges.

2. All authorized returns should be returned via traceable means (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS with tracking) to insure their safe return. We recommend you insure your return. You are responsible for the safe return of the product. If a return arrives to us damaged, or missing parts, we will notify you and we will retain the product and all of the packaging materials for 30 days for your freight company's inspection. It is your responsibility as the shipper to file a claim with the freight company. It is our responsibility as the receiver to notify the freight company of items that arrive damaged by them. You will not receive a credit or an exchange from us if your return is damaged in transit back to us.

3. Freight or Shipping charges are not refundable for ANY reason. This includes Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, 3 Day Select, USPS Parcel Post or Priority, Dimensional Freight, Customs Fees, and Return Shipping charges. ANY shipment that is REFUSED is subject to freight charges both ways NON REFUNDABLE.

4. Seller does not claim responsibility for the time it takes to deliver the buyers order. Quoted delivery times are estimated times offered to us by the shipping companies. Delays are beyond the seller's control once the order has been given to the freight company. ALL orders require a delivery signature. No Exceptions.

5. All returns must be in the same condition as when it was shipped and should be in the original box in its original condition. (Reasonable freight damage to box excluded) All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless part is Not Available and full shipping charges.

6. All orders are pre-authorized when ordered and your credit card is charged when the product is shipped. Orders canceled before Shipped are will receive a full refund.

7. Orders canceled after shipping or if delivery is refused are subject to a 20% restocking fee and full freight charges.

8. If we ship the incorrect part, or it is determined that it is a problem on our part, we reserve the right to make good on our mistake. If you decide to not allow us this opportunity, then the 20% restocking fee and all freight charges will apply even though it may have been our error. ON CYLINDER HEADS IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO SUPPLY THE SELLER, EITHER ON THE ON-LINE ORDER FORM OR VERBALLY THE ENGINE CODE AND CASTING NUMBER ON THEIR OLD CYLINDER HEAD. Orders received without the old casting number will be shipped the cylinder head part number that is ordered or listed to be the right cylinder head for the application listed on the order form. If we feel that a wrong cylinder head is ordered we will try to contact the buyer by E-mail and/or by telephone to get the casting number. If we do not receive the old casting number and the buyer receives the wrong cylinder head, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees to correct the error.

9. Items purchased that are not needed are not returnable for refund. This includes but is not limited to gifts, parts for vehicles that have been sold or damaged, parts ordered in error. We may choose to allow a return in these cases depending on the circumstances. The 25% restocking and shipping fees will apply if we allow for these returns and the buyer will receive a store credit to use at any ADC Division auto parts On-Line Store.

10. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

11. All orders are processed in the order that they are received.

12. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

13. Prices are subject to change without notice. Our prices are directly reflected by our cost. If a price goes down within 24 hours of your order, you will get the lower price. If it is past the 24 hours we cannot lower your price. If a price goes up after you have placed your order, you will get the lower price. We hope that this policy is understandable, as it will be strictly enforced due to daily price fluctuations, especially with cylinder head cores.

14. Shipping days quoted is in business days and excludes weekends and holidays. All orders placed after 12:00 noon, central time are considered as the following business day. Most orders are shipped in two to five business days from date of order. Orders ship at approximately 5:00 PM central time on business days. (Monday through Friday excluding holidays.)

15. Initialling the box on the order form that the order is correct, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions.
